  Pros

  Easy to install, easy to use, monitors your browsing on IE and prevents you from visiting known malicious phishing sites.

  Cons

  A basic common sense will do the same. I have no trouble spotting a phishing e-mail and always ignore it. Also, this works on IE only, not on Netscape, or Mozilla Firefox.
