  The program is rich in features and easy to use once setup

  When the program works it is great but without a prepaid service aggreement they want $99 to answer any questions if you have a problem

  Summary

  I have used the program for several years and have paid for special ware changes, but when my computer crshed and I lost the program I called to ask a question about re-setting up my company I was told I had no service time and would have to give them my credit card for a $99.00 charge for 1/2 hour of help before a software person would call and answers my questions. They basically called me a liar when I said I hadn't used the program since it was re-activated. The program is great but not worth the aggravation of dealing with them. The Installation manual leaves out specific information that requires you call them for help such as error messages of which there is no mention.

• Perfect way to upgrade from Choice Accounting

  I have currently been using Choice Accounting, the FREE version. I loved the program so much that I took a look at the other program for in the future when I outgrow Choice Accounting. I also found out this software package has received a 5 Star Review 2 years in a row from the "CPA Software News". I look forward to using this software in the future as my business grows. I also like the idea that the software can be customized if it does not 100% meet my business needs.
