pdf2flow operates as a networking PDF-Printer. Anyone in the network (even non Windows Clients) can create PDFs and use the full functionalities of pdf2flow such as automatic routings, email, printing, template mapping, encryption.

Use pdf2flow rules to set a number of rules depending on the printing user, the file content or other parameters and let pdf2flow manage your dayli tasks such as sending documents to customers, add attachements and much more.

You used to - create a PDF- map it to a template- print the document- create an email- select the recipient(s)- enter body and text-store the PDF inyour DMS or file system

All those tasks will become easy. Just PRINT and pdf2flow knows what to do depending on the rules you've made.
