Pros
Download from two pilots website. Extremely useful program. Only pdf printer that i know of that allows you to create form fields.
Cons
Form fields do not necessarily line up with text. Needs a lot of trial and error to get the hang of the placement of the fields. Snap to grid doesn't work like it is supposed to. Registration code is on the site for two pilots here: http://www.colorpilot.com/pdfmaker_reg.html not shareware as the cnet download but true freeware!
