• Behaves like malware, piggybacked on another download

  It downloaded itself onto my new laptop when I downloaded Google Chrome. It took control of the computer. Now, it said Microsoft silver competency, but any program that deceptively piggybacks itself onto an unsuspecting computer is the very essence of malware. Remove it by uninstalling the program.

  Summary

  Don't touch it, don't run it, just get rid of it. It is deceptive in every way.

  bold graphics, beautiful promises.

  Cons

  It just appeared one day. I did not download from CNET. Maybe this is a corrupted version of a good program, but it corrupted the uninstall process (However, I see I can buy its uninstaller from its website. hmm.) Internet Explorer will no longer open and its uninstaller also corrupted, so I can't delete and reinstall. Last good start - gone. Be so very careful.

  Lots of tools to address a variety of problems, new tools got added after purchase too. When trying to speed up my system I found a variety of tools to address different causes. Have never encountered a problem with using the program. 60 day money back guarantee on the purchase.

  Trial is function limited.

  Summary

  Have recommended the program to family and friends and they all use the program still. Lots of tools and the support has been quick to answer my questions via email. Can be used to maintain the performance of the computer and to address lots of problems you get in Windows and with the internet.

  Absolutely nothing out of it's multiple features.

  Cons

  Everything is a con! This carries a rootkit and downloads viruses! You're better off using Advanced SystemCare Free from IOBIT.

  Summary

  This program is a messed up piece of junk. Do not download unless you want to be going crazy trying to eliminate it.

  Nice user interface.

  Cons

  An installation of this product was removed from a system at our laboratory. Combofix detected it as a carrier of rootkit payloads and host to other malware. If you intend to try this program out, please scan your download thoroughly!!! THIS IS NOT TO SAY THAT THIS PROGRAM, PC TUNEUP MAESTRO, is malware, but rather to say that a contaminated copy of this software appears to have been the source of a severe rootkit compromise in our laboratory.

  It is fast and easy to run. Intuitive interface and seems to have found a lot of way to improve performance.

  The free/demo version will not fix anything.

  If you are ready to shell out $49.95 to get your PC tuned up, this could be the product for you. If you are looking for a free solution, keep looking.
