PC Doc Pro promises to keep your system free and clear of junk files and folders. While it quickly scanned and found files to be removed, the program's trial restrictions made it hard to know what happened after that.

The user interface is very straightforward and easy to understand. Commands run along the left side of the window, and you can watch the program do its work on the right. We started by performing a registry scan. In about 10 minutes, the program had pulled a considerable number of files that needed to be removed. But once we clicked the Fix button, we were quickly reminded of the program's 100-file trial limit. The program seemed to fix the problem files, but we had no way of finding out which 100 of the 800 or so files were fixed. And we couldn't tell a difference in our computer's performance. PC Doc Pro includes features for backing up files, managing start-up files, and scheduling scans. Manually removing junk files, on the other hand, was unavailable in the unregistered version.

A built-in Help feature isn't included with the program, but it does provide a link that takes you to a guide on the publisher's Web site. While PC Doc Pro impressed us with its scanning capabilities, we couldn't see the results of the more important function of removing unneeded files. There are numerous such products on the market, and we suggest you try out others before paying for this program.

supposedly able to locate and remove PC doc Pro V another nasty that installs it self and can not be removed with out major problems, ran it twice it found a small nothing problem ,would have purchased if it had worked ,i,e had found the nasty PC Doc Pro V ,tried to contact them A NO go get an address NO email no phone . Save your money ,like me look for some thing else ,hope they read this , why take a 4 hour journey to Sydney for help hopefully then another 4 return trip .NO phone NO email why bother

That it was easy to install

It can find the Virus just fine. Once it found the virus in my computer it crashed my PC. I called for help and they told me to call Dell.
Summary
It is so frusterating to purchase software that i sworthless. The PC Doc program is totally defenseless against the Trojan Virus. The program isolated one (not the 4 that I actually had) virus, tried to remove it and my computer crashed.
No use at all It deserves a 0 star rating

It did not work my computer did noy speed up at all and when I allowed the operatives into my computer alll they did is what any competent person can do. I asked them to try resolve another problem once again all they did is what I had already tried
Summary
When I explained to them that it did not work att all and asked for a refund I was basically ignored. I have been told that it has been passed to the relevant department, that was months ago and nothing. DONT waste your money

Pros
I loved PC Doc - I was sick of my PC - it took forever to boot up and I regularly got the Blue Screen of Death! I looked around and settled on PC Doc - now my PC is back to life and runs perfectly.
Cons
My only con is why I didn't find PC Doc before - seriously - I'm so grateful

If you have similar issues - then go ahead and download. You'll get a report on what the problems are and then the decision is yours. I highly recommend it.

Great tool - I reckon I've saved the cost of a laptop - or at least the cost of my local PC repair shop charging me over $100 to have a look see!

Great product - solved all the problems I had on my PC. Very good interface, very easy to use, very good support service.
Cons
Would have liked telephone support - however I was very pleasantly surprised by their email support team. I had a response to my query within 10 mins - boy was I surprised.

A simple but very effective tool. All my PC errors were solved in a matter of minutes - highly recommended.
Cons
Really can't find any - I'm totally relieved that I don't have to fork out on a new PC!

Very effective in improving PC performance. My laptop runs like its straight out of the box now - so I'd vouch for PC Doc. Give it a try - you've got nothing to loose in my opinion.

Finally a great peice of software which fixed the problems I had with my PC. I've had problems for ages, my pc was getting slower and slower each day. A quick scan and it identified the errors and with a simple click all issues resolved.
Cons
Can't think of any really.
