Panels is a bar that can be added to any edge of your desktop that contains mini-programs called Tiles which offer information at a glance and provides easy access to frequently used tools. Glance quickly at Panels to get a view of system resources such as disk, processor, ram, and network usage. Panels also gives you quick access to your favorite Windows applications.

If one panel isn't enough, add a second, third, or as many Panels as you need. Place them anywhere on your desktop.
