Play a soliataire game based on Chinese Pai Gow tiles.

This is a solitaire game using the tiles from the Chinese Pai Gow game. The objective of the game is to remove all tiles off the game board. The board starts 5 rows of 5 tiles each. To play, the player will remove 3 tiles of each row, if the total pip count is over 9.
