Outlook on Desktop keeps your Outlook calendar visible. It pins a functional calendar to your desktop, so your schedule is always accessible. It's ideal for users who want a no-frills, always-on view of their appointments.

  • Pros

    • Keeps your schedule in view without switching windows | Quickly view, create, or edit appointments | Offers day, week, and month calendar views | Customize transparency, size, and placement on screen

  • Cons

    • Lacks advanced features like calendar sharing | No reminders or notifications, which is a big miss | Really basic, feels like something Outlook should already do
