Monitor PC activity by logging program usage, visited Web sites, and pauses.
OptimUser monitors user computer usage and creates statistics, which can be sent to your computer. You can monitor current user activity on your computer: active work in applications, time spent browsing websites and user inactivity (pauses). Logged data is also organized by computer name, user and date. User activity monitoring is performed in the background and is completely invisible to the computer user. The collected information is divided into hourly statistics (for example, 8:00 to 9:00). These statistics are prepared in 10 minutes after the hour has passed (eg. at 09:10), and then available on local station or sent to the evaluation station. OptimUser then shows you a summary of the entire company (or workgroup) on its homepage. You have a detailed page with all the statistics for each employee.

OptimUser is suitable especially for small and middle-sized businesses, where it helps to improve work attitude and performance. Information obtained through the monitoring can also be used to evaluate the effectiveness of computer technology use or as a parental control for the use of computers by children.
