Great Software + OUTSTANDING customer support

Pros
Really can say enough about the immediate, effective and lengthy remote/online support. I basically had my back to the wall and was resigned to having lost years of data (that was backed up) but I simply could not get to, let alone convert. Samuel walked me through getting my Time Machine Drive hooked up to another Mac Laptop when my Mac Desktop took a turn for the worst. I decided to migrate to Windows at that point...but whoops...the Microsoft Office Database files are not directly transferable. Once he patiently got to the data, he converted all my Mac files to the appropriate Windows 10 compatible files. Then he remotely installed them into my new Outlook and I am up and running. I sat back and watched! Again, I simply cannot say enough about the program and service. Over delivered in putting in mildly.
