Easier than some other methods I've looked into for getting my Windows 10 computer Outlook 2016 calendar over to me Android phone Google calendar. Have had a few initial problems with setup, but their tech support has been emailing me back quickly and helping me. (Not sure what the other reviewer was talking about!)
Cons
A bit tricky or not intuitive in some of the settings. So far, all of my Outlook appointments/event show up on the Google calendar as one color. This is only on my Android phone though. The Google calendar available to me online shows different colors.

When it works, it works. That's the trick.
Cons
Now installs as add-in in Outlook 2010. It interferes with mail being sent in our out if the product is installed and not fully registered. Specifically, if trial period runs out, registration runs out, or you cannot get it registered after paying them. Has to be de-installed and removed if not registered or in their short 3 day trial. Tech support is non-existent. No phone support, no e-mail support (they don't respond). All they seem to be able to do is reset your activation code. After my second request they will not even do that.
Summary
Version 10 is unstable and coded poorly, no support. Some registration codes will not register in their system. I would avoid this product altogether.

I paid for the subscription after using the trial version and it worked well for awhile, then stopped. Customer service is virtually non-existent, and requests for a refund have gone unanswered. No resolution after several weeks of trying to get it to work or get a refund. I can't recommend this to anyone.<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Oct 9, 2013<p/>OK - after I tried another program and had the same issues, I did some searching around and realized that my Google settings were interfering with the program logging in on my behalf. I changed the settings in my Google account and all is good now. New rating - 4/5 stars!

Summary
I paid via PayPal and my account was debited but I till cannot register to make OggSync work. I have attempted to contact support via email three times over one week but received no reply. I have also attempted to use live support via OggSync web page two times on different days but it always times out with no response. So I'm out $29.95, OggSync still does not work, and OggSync support will not reply to my questions. A total rip off.

These guys took me for a $30 ride. The software I downloaded didn't function, was riddled with bugs, crashed constantly, and when I tried to get support I received no response. Pretty dodgy, really. I wish I could get a refund.

I can only guess at the strategy of Ogg, but I assume it is charging for a product that they know doesn't work and then quickly offering a refund anytime there are called on it. I have seen other scams like this before, relying on unwitting customers that will not put forth the effort to get a refund, or will assume that the reason the software doesn't work is their fault. The fact is OggSync doesn't work. Not only does OggSync not work but it will mess up your Outlook, duplicate records and not actually sync anything in a usable fashion. When I contacted OggSync tech support and explained my issue the immediate reaction was to offer me a refund. Not to offer to fix the problem, not offer to troubleshoot the issue but offer me a refund. I really don't want a refund. I don't mind the cost. I thought that the cost was reasonable. I would prefer a working software program instead of the amount of money that I spent to buy it (or I wouldn't have bought it). I declined the refund and explained that one of my issues included the fact that when you close the program down or reboot your computer it forgets all of the settings and you have to go through the tedious process of re-setting up the synchronization. The OggSync support rep explained this was a known issue and that they were working on fixing it. A known issue? This is the kind of issue that would preclude me from releasing a product. I can't imagine explaining to a customer that I am selling a product that any time they stopped using (let's face it you're going to shut down or reboot your computer several times per week) they are going to have to re-input all of their settings. I explained that their synchronization software was only syncing every second or third event on my calendar. Again the statement did not seem to be a surprise to the OggSync support rep I was speaking with. On the contrary it sounded like this is a common problem. Once again he offered me a refund instead of a solution. I tried explaining twice that I didn't want a refund I wanted to buy a working product or at the very least I wanted them to stop selling a product that they know doesn't work. The cost of the product is inconsequential, the time is valuable. I finally decided that perhaps the support rep didn't know what he was talking about and I decided to spend the next three hours trying to figure out how to make the program work (I use Google calendar for my business and really need it to work). I started thinking about this issue from my own perspective. I own a small company and we do on occasion refund money back to the customer but that is surely never our first response and for that matter is not the first response of any reputable company I know. The first response is generally to offer to fix the problem or assist in the fixing of the problem or find a solution. WARNING: OggSync does not work and probably never did. Follow-up: Somehow OggSync re-created all my events in my own calendar and labeled them all "busy". I now have to go through and clean up six months worth of calendar, uninstall the software program and start over. This is a warning to anyone who is looking to use OggSync. OGGSYNC DOES NOT WORK. Do not waste your time trying to make this program work. The price is quite reasonable but the amount of headache you will receive trying to fix a piece of software that they know doesn't actually work will far outweigh the cost. If anyone can tell me of a good synchronization software to synchronize Outlook and Google I am all ears. I used Google's free sync program until the time change when it messed up all my calendar events. I have no issue paying for a good piece of software but I do not want to go through the nightmare that I have for the last 24 hours. Thanks
