From the developer: "ODDCRAFT - 2D Space Shooter game. Program the patterns of your enemies as you like in this vertical shoot'em up as waves of alien craft descend upon you with unpredictable motion. Each level has four waves: 2 enemy attacks, one asteroid field crossing and one landing stage where you get to switch ships. Destroy as many asteroids as you can to get power ups and bonuses. Excellent 2D graphics, DirectX and sounds. Art from Ari Feldman's SpriteLib."

can't compare it to UT2003. The atari comparison makes more sense. I found it to be ok if you like retro-style older games. If you are into quake III don't download this.

For those with high intelligence, not good if you are already under stress. Please keep up the GOOD work.
This game takes one in their 40's back to times when hours wasted at a video arcade were memorable.

Like other space shooters just shoot at anything that moves. Not highly impressive but sounds and graphics are not bad, particularly considering that this is a free game.
