• An excellent OLAP client

  Pros

  The best OLAP client I have used in years. I have used many OLAP products, this one rocks! <p> <p>It seamlessly allows the navigation of cubes, generation of pivot tables, charts, recording comments, it even saves the login information. It saves hours and hours of repeating steps to access cubes using Excel as many of us are currently doing. It also save thousands of dollars of avoiding complex software packages that don't work!

  Cons

  I downloaded the product from the company website directly. It worked without a hitch. It navigates available servers for cubes and their definitions (dimensions, and measures) and then produces the summary tables and the charts. I liked the easy way of dropping the dimensions to the pivot table and the ability to resume from the previous session. I also like the ability to write my notes and comments on each view and save these notes locally in the project file to document the analysis and conclusions of examining each view. The software works without a problem, and we plan to standardize it here in our organization specially for business analysts who are simply tired of working with Excel and need something that is directly relevent to working with OLAP. <p> <p>I highly recommend all OLAP users to take a serious look at it, specially that the license fee is really inexpensive.
