Great for keeping all I need to remember in one place.

Pros
Very intuitive and easy to use. Really thought about the UI to minimize key strokes and mouse clicks. I like the paste-into-new-task feature. Print outs are nice and clean - I take that with me, easily update things when I get back to my office.
Cons
Would like to see a Mac version so my wife could use it. I thought about having a mobile app - but this makes it so easy to sit down once or twice a day to keep things up to date that I don't think I need that any time soon.
Summary
This product really helps me park everything I need to stay on top of, in one very handy location. The scheduling features allow me to defer things for later without cluttering my workspace. I can always find items I'm looking for with the keywords and search features. The help screens are also very well done. The program is fast and responsive, and for that reason is a better option for me than using Outlook. There are many features that I keep discovering - quick keys and shortcuts which are all oriented around getting info in and out quickly and easily. I haven't used the journal feature much - but it looks like it might be handy once I get around to that. No negatives or issues yet.
