Has everything you need, simple, functional and comes with dictionary.

Cannot be used with other programs (e.g. I.E or Word)
Summary
This program is simple, easy to use and does not require any complicated installation. Can be used instantly and comes with a dictionary too, which is very convenient and accurate. I have been using this program for years and is really recommended. Makes typing Chinese much much easier!! The fact that it can't be used with other programs is not much of a problem as you can just cut and paste.

???????In other words, I am a student of the Chinese language. This tool allows me to write pinyin and choose which character I want based on the tone. If unsure of the meaning, I can mouse over the character, learning while choosing the right one.
