Predict the winner of UK, SA, or US horse races.

Neural Net Horse Racing Predicteris designed to try to predict the winner of a UK/US horse race. This stand alone Windows APP is ultra fast. The program then uses various weights and neural net to predict the possible winner of a race. It is really up to the user to decide if the horse predicted is worth a flutter at it's odds. There is no typing, just click on 2 or 3 buttons to try to get winner. The only thing the user may have to input is if he/she adjusts the default neural values. There's only 4 of them which put precedence on form, odds, weight, days since last run which effect the predicted winner.
