Merge odd and even pages into one file.

Some printers have feeders for automatic scans but they can scan only one-side and they don't have an option to merge the odd an even pages once scanned. Nawras Pages Merge will merge 2 PDFs, one of which represents the odd pages and the other one is for the even pages. The software can easily interpolate the pages of the two files.
