MyTinyCRM application is a customer oriented CRM application that helps user manage customers, projects, services offered to customers, company expenses, agenda, employees and company's equipment. The main features delivered are: customers and partners agenda, tracking of projects and services offered to customers, export in pdf format of projects and services offers, tracking of employees' salaries and bonuses and reports providing the customers with the maximum numbers of projects, the customers with the more profitable projects and the customers with the more debts. There are also reminders about company expenses that must be paid and about payments that must be collected by customers. MyTinyCRM is available in three different locales (USA, UK, Greek) in order to support culturally dependent data (dates, numbers, text messages). Users who will purchase it will also have constant support through e-mail, and will also receive a detailed user manual.
