MyRecentList is a way to find and launch a document. The target user is document user, drawing designer, Web designer, programmer, and so on. It stems and upgrades from Windows Recent Document function by recording the frequency and the recent use of the file. It also collects all the documents into one menu block. One click, everything recent shows up. It gives you an easy life in recent document editing and searching. Furthermore, it supports hotkey wake up, which means only a Shift+Z will give you whatever you want. Feel confused about so many folders and folder levels.

Version 1.4 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

Fabulous find! Very useful utility

Pros
This is a recent list the way it should be. MyRecentList is a basic tool that is what the feature of Windows should be. Files are organized by their associated ap so it is extremely fast and easy to find what you want to reopen. I don't use the built in recent list feature in Windows because it isn't deep enough. MyRecentList also doesn't try to be everything to everyone by packing in a lot of features you don't need or that are more practically reside with other tools, such a the history list for your browser. As such, it doesn't create a huge list of content that you can readily get in a more practical place. It also allows for file type associations and organization so that one can organize file types by desired app. MyRecentList uses your Windows Theme Font for presenting the lists, which is delightful. The developer of this tool leads with common sense.
Cons
I'm not crazy about the icon, so don't have it on my desktop. It's clearly symbology for something, but what, I don't know. I'd like to see a design rather than a symbol. I'd also like to be able to clear from it apps I used once, or previously, that I don't intend to use again. Although not having anything at all to do with functionality, I'd like to be able to choose my own background color for its pop-up.

Pros
This software combines all documents opened in a Windows® session into context menu items categorized by the parent application used to launch the file. <p>So, you do not need searching a document by open every level of folder in explorer now!<p> Also, allows adding a customized file association list.
Cons
I have used this for a week and I have not found a reason to dislike it.
