Does Not Work With 64bit Woindows 7

- I cant speak for other OS's, but it does not work at all with Windows 7 64bit. After going through all the junk software that CNET adds to your system, you just get a blank pop up window separate from Explorer. The developers have no idea what they are doing.
Does NOT work as advertised; loaded with shovelware

- 1) Comes with shovelware and viruses. These are in addition to the shovelware that comes with the CNET installer. My anti-vairus hopefully blocked 2, one was removed, and 2 more are still floating around. 2) As said above, this does NOT show file sizes of directories as shown in the preview image above. Instead it has a small window pop up with that information. It does NOT "[add] a new column to the Details view in Windows Explorer" 3) The settings do not seem to work in Windows 7. It is impossible to stop the program (it just errors out and says "Access Denied" if you try) and even simple settings don't stick.

- AVOID AT ALL COSTS and back up your computer first if you want to attempt it.
Perfect solution for an old problem.

Folder Size for Windows adds a new column to the Details view in Windows Explorer. The new column shows not only the size of files, but also the size of folders. It keeps track of which folders you view, and scans them in the background so you can see complete size of all files within the folder. It's very useful for cleaning up your disk. Once you get used to having that information available, a directory listing simply looks incomplete without it.
