Very fast and easy with contacts.
Cons
A little bit of problem with connection (wifi same net, bluetooth not reconize). Only if you have the exact phone net IP, you can connect. With cable USB don't reconize the Android phone (Samsung S3 NEO - GT-I9300I).
Summary
I advise use MyPhoneExplorer because Samsung Kies and other software don't manage the contacts.
I can't believe I did't know abot this tool.

Pros
1 one minute I could connect and see everythinf from my phone directly on my notebook. I have an S2.
Cons
Documentation is scarce, still investigating how to synchronize with outlook.

The only software, apparently, able to sync the microsoft outlook calendar on your computer to the calendar on your android phone. Works perfectly, have had no issues with it. Don't know why there are so few/negative reviews of it here, see the 20,000 reviews, average 4.5 starts, on Google Play

You do have to keep your eyes open when you're installing it to avoid the junk - but that's also true of loads of more famous products

Compared to the original "free" version the MyPhoneExplorer Ecco Edition Desktop version is as tested "Malware, Bloatware and Advertising Free" available at eccopro dot com/myphoneexplorer/. Additionally, it will sync with the famous EccoPro Information Manger. The new version added the MPE Tasks and the MPE Notes Android Apps linked to a "Notes" Notepad in EccoPro and will give you additional alarm options. The software syncs well over WiFi with cable and bluetooth options also available. The best thing about the software is that you can go through each data item and decide whether to add to the other (phone vs. EccoPro), delete, or merge. This was time consuming, but is better than having data mangled.
Cons
There are some known issues with the Galaxy S4 on Windows XP, it has not directly to do with MyPhoneExplorer, but MyPhoneExplorer is affected by this problem. Use only the original data cable and ensure that you have installed SP2 + Windows Media Player 10 or newer. Also you should not use a driver package, for the S4 it is better to install Samsung KIES so you definitely get the latest drivers.

Does NOT work with Android Phones as stated. (I have Nokia N8 and Samsung Galaxy 3) Even when Android option is chosen the popup says it is only for Ericsson phones. Adds toolbars malware and popup. Even when you DO NOT except them.

Offers plenty of chances at clicking the wrong button on installation, making you think you have to accept all kinds of toolbars, search engine tools, and God only knows what else. These things will all but completely hijack your system, requiring tons of hours of scrubbing if you should be unlucky enough to click the wrong button during installation.

I can't believe c/net would even allow garbage like this to be downloaded on their site without an official warning of the kind of crapware you need to avoid through just to install a mediocre, "Engrish"-laden turd like this. I am a former employee of (well, let's just the company is "Geeky" and we were members of a "Squad") and I used to get computers laden with this stuff brought in every day. It took us hours to clean the junk out of them, and at the end of the day, [b]would cost the consumer over $200.[/b] AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have lost all respect for c/net for allowing this to continue.

Works like it's supposed to. Easily found and connected to my phone even though Samsungs own app could never connect to it. Easy to transfer files and painlessly sync'd to the phone.
Cons
Be cautious during the installation process as it tries to install other items not needed or wanted. Be real careful with the second one as at first glance it appears to be a user agreement related to the program.

Works like it should just be careful during install not to blindly hit yes.
