A general purpose patient information entry. It is mainly use in keeping track of a persons medical history results. This simple application can be used generally by anyone: Doctors( particularly private doctors who would prefer to keep his patient's list on his pocket as he travel around the globe), Families (especially parents who wants to keep track of the family's medical history). This application can also be customized to fit other peoples needs. You only need to change the Label description and create your own.
