How does it work?
In the first step you pick 7 activities you want to track from the list it includes having proper meals, exercise and sleep regularly, being on time, caring for your home, being organized at work, taking time for the interests you might have, meeting your friends, connecting to your family, taking good care of your money, practicing spirituality or faith regularly, as well as making sure not to slip back into obsessions or addictions.
After confirming your choice you have to check on a daily basis the activities you did that day. The craziness index will show your progress using simple charts with friendly remarks about what to improve upon.
As you might forget to keep track of your self-care activities, a push notification with a reminder is built in to this app, but you can turn it off if you want to.
And dont worry about the privacy; your results will stay on your phone as the whole app runs locally.
