You will be given the option to design the autoplay and select the kind of files you would like to include. If you prefer, a password can be associated with the menu.   Project saves are unbelievably bad. You cannot save a project as a single file or even save the project file group to it's own location. You cannot open a project from any location other than the default folder Re-install destroys your data, it literally overwrites anything in the project folder. Crazy I know. There are no backup options at all. Program crashes a fair amount I had to experiment with video drivers to get it to work fully, if you have two monitors and an recent model nvidia card it often won't run at all unless you a) try different versions or b) unplug your second monitor Upgrading can cause the software to lose it registration

  This is a very powerful application with as many features as I have seen for this type of thing. I have over 250 hours invested in learning and using my autoplay and am quite skilled at making menus with it - however these guys should totally remove the template system and the save project system they have created. It is laughable in oh so many ways. I have lost my work *countless times due to crashes, failed upgrades, overwritten folders and more. Important tip - make a copy of your ENTIRE My Autoplay folder (located for most people in the Users/Username/My Documents/) folder. There are lots of ways you can lose your data. All in all the software offers options and functions you can't get anywhere else but the cost is there are a half dozen ways you can lose your data that you have to beware of. So use with great caution.

  I have a love/hate relationship with AutoPlay Pro (I have version 9.59) and this is April 2012. First the application does a lot of things nothing at this price level can do as you can create beautiful autoplay menus that are highly interactive and customizable. I've done 3 or 4 significant projects with it in the last month or so and can say I have a decent knowledge of the software. Here is where the hate comes in. This program has massive problems and their support is not good at all. When I made my purchase (pro version) I received the link and the code as is typical with any trialware program. The install goes fine but when you select the blank project (or any project) it attempts to load but exits to the desktop. (I have Windows 7, 16GB Ram, Nvidia 285GTX video, 2 monitors.) This is the first program of dozens I own that just would not run at all. So I contacted support. Their suggestion was to *carefully move the mouse to the setup program and click it. **are you kidding me?? I emailed them about a dozen times and all their emails were extremely basic. There is no way to troubleshoot any failure with this software. Since I could get nothing out of Arafasoft even remotely useful out of Arafasoft I tried the install in VMWare on a completely clean copy of Windows and got it to run. However, the program has many, many minor glitches that are clearly poor programming. For example the embedded PDF viewer says has lots of problems on client machines - it works but sometimes says initializing and sticks there with part of a graph, sometimes takes several clicks to display the documents. Tried multiple documents from large to small and tried it on 5 computers. The worst problem is the software actually destroyed one of my projects inexplicably. Edited it every day, backing it up to different files many times. Saved it also as it's own template. Now when you attempt to load it you get a path not found error. The 'preview' of the template works but you can't load it. Poof 5 days of work gone. Seems the project is corrupted. I edit with Photoshop CS5, Word, Excel, Dreamweaver all day long every day on this same machine for years and no corrupted files - it seems only AutoPlay Pro can do that. This is a massive shame as I think the AutoPlay could be great if it worked. Avoid like the plague.
