From the developer: "MsiService allows you to select executables in your msi (windows installer file) to be installed as a service. MsiService will update the service control and service install tables to reflect the fact that the chosen file is to be installed as a service. MsiService will also mark the service to be started following installation without the need for a reboot. Instructions: Open msi, check the exe files that need installing as services and save."
