Pros
Java - can use on multiple platforms. Comprehensive code navigation and editing tools. Integration with ant, tomcat, etc.
Cons
Sometimes slow to deal with complex build processes.
Summary

Fast and only "unimportant" problems (can't print in linux for some weird reason, and as of right now if you have an array of Integers using the ++ operator on them throws an error and it shouldn't with 1.5). Very nice - tried other more expensive IDEs only to have them go slow and crash. German software is excellent.

CodeGuide is a fast and powerful IDE for Java and JavaServerPages. It features on-the-fly error checking, incremental background ('instant') compilation and a powerful back-in-time debugger. Generic types and the other Java 1.5 language features are supported as well.

Version 7.0 contains a new back-in-time debugger which offers a host of new ways to examine a running application while retaining common debugging metaphors.
