Easy to use Java IDE

Pros
Java - can use on multiple platforms. Comprehensive code navigation and editing tools. Integration with ant, tomcat, etc.
Cons
Sometimes slow to deal with complex build processes.
Summary
If I could build my own it would be the same as CodeGuide!

Summary
Fast and only "unimportant" problems (can't print in linux for some weird reason, and as of right now if you have an array of Integers using the ++ operator on them throws an error and it shouldn't with 1.5). Very nice - tried other more expensive IDEs only to have them go slow and crash. German software is excellent.
