MsgSave is an email archive software add-in for Microsoft Outlook that enables .msg files to be bulk-saved to any PC drive, storage device or Network location at the click of a button. MsgSave can archive selected emails or Microsoft Outlook folders using a customisable file naming convention by automatically extracting details such as: sent date/time, subject, sender, recipient etc. Each Microsoft Outlook folder can be mapped to a specific file location on a users PC or network. With this Microsoft Outlook email tool, you can quickly and reliably perform an email backup, save email and import email messages using drag and drop from Windows Explorer without the hassle of manually saving individual files or the burden of creating .pst files.
