• Horrible, no where did it say it doesn't support 64 bit

  Worked ok on my former 32 bit computer.

  Cons

  This is probably the worst software experience I've had in 10 years. I've spend hours loading and unloading working with support from China. Finally they said that I hadn't told them I have a 64 bit operating system as if that was some surprise,

  Summary

  If you have a 32 bit it might do ok. I just can't comprehend how this company can market this product. I'd rather have paid $300.00 for a working program than spend hours and hours emailing and working with guys that I felt like I was training more than being helped by.

  There is nothing good about this product but I need to put something in the 'pros' section.

  Cons

  Trial version crashed on first run.

  Summary

  Trial version looks limited to only 50 files, but I don't know because it crashed before it ran.

  This is simply confusing. I ended up with a load of randomly named files which I could not open. Afterwards, could also not see what had been copied, moved, deleted or what! What a mess.
