  Its a well looking peace--which brings You to an internet page. It tells a lot--shows a lot... so its not one "for just calculating" Its like an orientation for loaning obtions- and not realy for the all common man.

  Not realy sure what to make of it.... there is to many "functions in it to say.

  It does what I want it to. You can recalculate your current mortgage, estimate a refi, see what increasing your monthly payment does over time, compare loans side by side, more...... For a FREE program, you can't beat it. Alot faster than going online everytime I want to do some calculating! Maybe it's not for professional use but hey, it's FREE!(I think I mentioned that already)

  The graphics are way overdone on this one which makes it extra SLOW. There was actually a full second delay between the time I typed a number in and the time it actually appeared on the screen! Totally unacceptable. Also the program does not allow for WEEKLY pmts only bi-weekly. Its a waste of time to download this one. FREE of charge and not worth the price!

• Graphic Intensive and runs SLOW on older low speed computers

  I'm sure this is a decent program, but if you're running an older and slower computer/CPU, this ISN'T the program for you, unless you have a lot of time to wait. VERY CPU intensive and runs slowly. Perhaps on the newer computers, it may run well, but not for me!
