  there are no pro's to this program

  downloaded and installed twice, double checking everything during install. program refuses to even start up. instant error message. don't bother downloading this program. plus when you uninstall it leaves hundreds of files behind that you have to go into your reg and manually uninstall. terrible

• No Virus's - Works Perfect

  Pros

  Soon as I downloaded I scanned with SuperAntiSpyware (always picks up Trojans no matter what) and AVG (picks up anything else hiding in there, and warns you automatically). Nothing was found. Works perfectly fine, and burned my files to disc.

  Works for me, might not work for you, but this is my view on it.

  I downloaded the product, liked it and foolishly paid for the unlimited code then could not use the product when a Trojan virus was found in the program by not one but two anti-virus software programs. when I asked them for a clean copy or my money back they just replied that their program does not have any viruses

  It downloads fast - big deal, it doesn't work.

  This is a complete disappointment and total piece of crap. I wasted 45 minutes trying to download the correct codec to get it to recognize my burner. It would never recognize my burner.

  Summary

  As with all so called "free" minidvdsoft products after it is used a couple of times, you must go to the website, answer an impossible "easy math" question, to get a code in order for the product to work. You must do this with each use or pay a one time fee of $19.95 in order to get a "lifetime" code. Nothing is really free and this product, and none of the minidvdsoft products are worth the $20. Fix the bugs then you can charge for them.

  Pros

  It installs in a flash, there's not even a user agreement. And NO BUNDLED TOOLBAR like the rest of the burners I downloaded. It is very easy to use and worked perfectly for what I needed it for, to burn a backup of my data.

  I can't believe its not butter!

  Summary

  It just works. Its free and yet doesn't force you to jump through any hoops to get it. Very simple, clean and intuitive interface.

  Pros

  Yeh! I'm happy I burned a CD-R from a file. A wedding a family member put in my computer from a diskette. Love it. But....

  Cons

  The file would not burn to a DVD+R. When I click start burn, it tells me to put disk in when it is already in. Also the web link I click at the bottom shows instructions for another program. It doesn't look at all like the one I downloaded.

  Summary

  Not too bad for free. But would not pay.
