Microsoft Project 3-Point Estimation helps you set up and use 3-point estimation in Microsoft Project based on the successive principle or successive calculations.

How It Works: - Enter Pessimistic, Best Guess, Optimistic estimates for every task - A Mean and Standard Deviation is calculated automatically - Transfer the estimate to the Work field for selected or all tasks - Resulting work estimate is calculated according to the chosen confidence level (e.g. 90%)

Supported Platforms: - Microsoft Project 2016, Microsoft Project 2013 and Microsoft Project 2010 (standard and professional) - Microsoft Pro for Office 365
