Pros
- No manual needed; supposedly very easy to pick up | Supports both magnetic card readers and touch screen computers | Caller ID integration pulls up client information automatically | Handles a wide variety of business types and needs
Cons
- User-friendly often means lacking advanced features | The interface might be too basic for some users | No mention of cloud features or remote access | Versatile access control may be overkill for small businesses
