Minute-Manager is a useful yet simple to use software tool for keeping track of minutes and actions of meetings. It allows you to set up company or department details including employees or attendees and their contact details. Minutes can be added by subject, edited and printed. Actions can be added for each subject and later filtered for viewing, editing or reporting by subject or person responsible. Color-coding indicates if actions are overdue. The next time you have a meeting why not estimate the hourly rate of everyone in the meeting and then multiply by the number of hours to get the total cost of the meeting? Now ask everyone in the meeting if they think that the meeting was worthwhile? For less than the cost of a meeting you can use Minute-Manager to change the way your business operates. None - couldn't get past the error messages popping up that give no insight for a consumer to understand

I could not get it to work. I looked through the help pages but they did not correspond to what was happening on my screen as I walked through it. Frustrating.
Summary
Well, I couldn't get past the initial few entry pieces because of the error messages popping up. I've used Access and built databases before but this was very un-intuative which is amazing that a company would gamble on putting something of this quality out there.

Won't install out of the box. Re-downloaded it twice and it's b0rk3d.

No opinion of how the software works other than I simply can't get there to find out.

Easy to use, easy to set up. Cheap. Allows you to access the database for your own ad hoc reporting
Cons
None so far, except that since it is in Access, not availble for MAC our linux members of our team.
