  Absolutely nothing.

  First of all, it says that this program is free with no limitations. That is B.S. You can only track up to 3 buildings, and then you have to pay $50 for more "units" in increments of 10. If you own less than three buildings, you don't need a piece of software to keep track of them. I have 29 to keep track of, and that would cost a ridiculous amount of money. <p> <p>Secondly, this program looks like it was developed for Windows 95. The GUI is not very appealing, and navigation is clumsy and confusing. There are not very many options to choose from, and even though you can upload a picture of the building to its record, you can not control how the program displays it. If your picture does not fit exactly into their little placeholder, the program will distort the crap out of it to make it fit. <p> <p>Overall, I think this program is worthless and you are better off keeping track of your buildings and tenants in Access or Excel, or even on paper!
