I LOVED this service when Streamload owned it. Never had a glitch and the cheeky one-liners while I waited for files to upload were entertaining. Customer service and ease of use was the best.
Cons
After MediaMax purchased Streamload, customer service, billing accuracy and courtesy just went out the window. You wait weeks for a response to being frozen out of your account for non-payment despite the continual withdrawal of funds from your subscripton service and when they DO answer, the issue is never resolved even when the extra payments are credited. There is no live person chat, no way to get a live person on the phone, no help from the help file on how to fix any of it. My opinion - stay away, find another online storage service and save yourself frustration and headaches.
