  Pros

  It has different templates that are already designed to help you create a great looking player. It lets you edit the look of the player as well. And you can add songs to your play list with ease, just the click of a couple buttons. I like techy stuff and this is the right medium i need, not too difficult to manipulate the code and when I needed assistance, I contacted them through email on their website and received a very quick and detailed response. I felt very valued as a customer. Thanks for the fun program! Oh, and I paid through paypal and got the message that it would be like a 12 hour wait possibly for the reg code...but it was in my email immediately! No wait at all. I was very impressed with this company.

  Cons

  The download on CNET needs to be updated to their latest version. So if you want to test it out, I suggest going directly to their website to download the setup. =O)

  Pros

  Not too difficult to use, but requires some networking/web design skills. Customizable skins are cool, I guess.

  Cons

  The 12 hour waiting period for your confirmation email to unlock took me three days. And the company is in Australia, so the time change makes communication difficult. And no phone numbers, just a generic email fill-out form. The product is like any other cheap download, but the business is extremely inferior. Good luck getting ANY support when you need it.
