With Md5Checker, user can calculate MD5 checksum of downloaded files and compare them with provided when downloading via HTTP, FTP, and P2P. It can detect unknown viruses, make sure that the installation files are secure, make sure that files in a removable storage device are secure, check out the security status of the system, find out the virus source and calculate MD5 checksum for publishing. Version 3.3 includes unspecified updates.

You can save MD5 hashes of files under multiple sub-folders into a parent folder, and you can check all of them by one click. Also, no installation required. (Note: this is a review of the Md5Checker9x version)
