• Company refused support after a critical software flaw

  Pros

  when it does what you want, and you don't need support, it is about as good as 10 other alternatives.

  Cons

  Should you discover a flaw, you need to request support from their forum. They do not have a phone, and they do not respond to email. MaxProg censored my request for support when their support person got baffled by a clearly illustrated problem. This company has not not offered to return my money. If you carefully read my support request, and the responses back from their support, you will see why I am so frustrated and angry with these people.   Summary

  The company behind this product may abandon you after they take your money. They may censor your posts so the public is not exposed to the product's bugs, and bad publicity. You should not believe what you see on the forum, because they are likely to have removed every conversation which complains about legitimate bugs, such as the one I discovered. If you read my original post, which has been removed from the forum, you will see I presented a clear and objective case for support. The forum Site Administrator did not understand my problem and rudely responded. Once I presented the issue in no uncertain terms, the Site Admin immediately removed my post because he knew he was wrong it looked bad. • Amazing product for the money

  Pros

  Easy to load mail list via Database or text file -- I used an Excel file which I saved in a text format and loaded it with a simple drag and drop interface. <p>Setting up the connectivity to send needed a little more documentation. However, with some trial-and-error, I was able to send bulk emails quickly. <p>I was able to save mail list fairly easy. The UI needs some getting used to, but once you have the basics, it was easy to operate and setup additional emails/email lists and smtp servers. <p>The built-in editor is more than effective for my newsletter requirements to schools and non-profit organizations such as Pop Warner Football & Cheer

  Cons

  Due to lack of documentation details in a few areas, it took me a little longer to get the final setup.
