  I saw no way to clear files before using another folder. Should be able to use a wild card to edit file names.

  Summary

  It is worth downloading to try. It has saved me weeks on editing my extensive mp3 files.

• It works fast for renaming many files at once using simple easy controls.

  Totally free. <p>Very straight forward, fast, and EASY to use. <p>My main use is mass file renaming, but you can fix the ID3 and ID3v2 tags in your MP3 collection too. (NOTE the limitation with ID3 comments below)

  Cons

  Started in Turkish (I think) but was easy enough to switch the language to English. <p> In the Comments section of all your MP3 Tags it will say "CreatedBy:Mass Mp3 Tagger" which means you can't place your own comments in there, but it does NOT happen if you just use the RENAME files section. <p>That is the only negative thing I have to say about this most useful of programs.
