bad code , gui is as it was done by a high school freshman..
Summary
I have to tell you as a CIS , person and one who has taught systems for the Gov. this software sucks !!! The code is sloppy, and the gui interface is as I would have done as a freshman c or c++ class .. I installed on a new matching , and nothing but problems, win 32 errors ,, come on ,,,, so I went thru your help ,, not even,,,, I would like a refund ASAP... It would be nice IF THIS STUFF WORKED ,,, But as it is substandard ,,i am asking for a Refund ,,,still waiting ,,,,,,,,,,what a rip off..

Summary
I bought a new laptop when my old one crashed and needed a program that would save my music.It worked. It copied my playlists, caught duplicates, and backed up my music files. I love it.
