  Paid $30 for an hour of support and never heard back from anybody at this company.

  Stay a way I was happy to find a tool for an issue I was having but to find out that it doesn't work and that they charge you for support that just doesn't exist. No phone number no email addresses nothing I would recommend staying away from this so called company.

  Before the first releasing NNTP for Outlook we made two beta versions, and unfortunately, these versions had some of bugs, but released version (version 1.0) worked very stable. Next version (v1.1 released on June 2, 2004) has been optimized and contains several of useful features. This version works very fast and with lots of stability. Please, download latest version and we are sure -- you will be pleased with it.
