MacSonik Zoho Backup Tool is reliable and efficient software to convert Zoho emails to multiple file formats such as PDF, MBOX, PST, MSG, EML, EMLX, CSV, HTML, TXT, DOC, DOCX, etc. on Mac OS. This software allows to backup Zoho mailboxes with all the components like emails, contacts, calendars, notes, etc. Users can also opt for this tool to migrate Zoho emails to Yahoo Mail, Office 365, Yandex, Gmail, Thunderbird, Opera Mail, Live Exchange, Hotmail, and other web-based email clients. It has a Mail Filter option to convert and export selected emails only as per users need. The software has an inbuilt feature that can remove duplicate emails from the conversion and migration process. Also, users can skip previously migrated items from the current process. It is possible to set the incremental backup schedule of new emails and users can also preview the emails just before the conversion process. With a Naming Convention feature, users can provide a custom folder name to the resultant file including the destination path.
