M3W File Finder returns specific file types from specific directories. It is useful for small to medium organizations who use a shared hard disk to store important documents. Such drives tend to get cluttered, so a general file search tends to be slow and inefficient. On the other hand, a user who relies on shared documentation is rarely limited to a single directory. Enter M3W File Finder to allow multiple directory search for specific file extensions. The author has used the utility to allow others in the organization to search and retrieve controlled pdf documents such as drawings, ECNs, and specifications, all which tend to reside in different directories.
