Incorporate a graphical login into VBScript.

LoginBox is an ActiveX object designed for use in graphical login scripts written in VBScript. It is a rewrite of the LoginScreen control. It supports embedded graphical logo support and a main text window which supports the RTF specification. There are two versions available, one which is a standard setup and another which is MSI-based so it can be installed via GPO.
