Localizer can processes all string resources in your project like properties of components on forms, resource string constants and messages from third-party packages, and support for additional language(s) can be added without recompilation of the project.

Does everything you need

Pros
Very flexible. Good substitution of standard Delphi translation kit.<p>BTW: Previous reviewer is not correct. This tool allows to make process project and make translation without IDE.
Cons
The price. <p>But other similar products costs the same or even greater.
