Localizer is a localization or globalization tool kit for applications written on Borland Delphi or C++ Builder. Using it you can get one executable file that supports as many languages as you want. Localizer can processes all string resources in your project like properties of components on forms, resource string constants and messages from third-party packages, and support for additional language(s) can be added without recompilation of the project.

Does everything you need

Pros
Very flexible. Good substitution of standard Delphi translation kit.<p>BTW: Previous reviewer is not correct. This tool allows to make process project and make translation without IDE.
Cons
The price. <p>But other similar products costs the same or even greater.

This could be free. <p>I don't see what should make this a $150 app. <p>It's good, but only works with an IDE. Many can't afford a good one
