Pros
Excellent scripting language, comprehensive library of guis, loaded tutorials, robust gui design language, extensive and precise help, you can learn it and use it to make great guis in 2 days. I wonder why nobody is looking at it in terms of integrating with c/c++, since speed of gui development is reduced to minutes. Go right ahead and download it. It's great.

Summary
For a free language, it's very good. I already made some programs, err, GUIs with it and I only found one bug: you can't use "-chars in the standard SciED editor wich are neccessary for your GUI to function correct. Compiling is slightly difficult but I'm sure everyone can find out how it works.
