User Reviews

• Terrible customer service, would not recommend

  dssquirtJuly 28, 2011

  Pros

Although this was easy to set up, it did not do what we wanted

  Cons

Terrible customer service with this company. We tried the software and it did not work for us. We have been trying for 3 months to cancel. They keep billing our credit card. They have stopped answering our emails and aren't on line for live chat.

  Summary

Never, ever work with this company is the bottom line. They try like heck to get you to use their software and sign up for their sevice. But then when you want to cancel they ignore you.
