Nero or Toast won't let you set it manually, so as of this writing, this is the only Mac app that offers this functionality. Splendid work. Time for me to donate gratefully!

I thought I had bad DVD blanks and after getting nothing but coasters from Toast, I turned to LiquidCD. This app has been burning perfect dual-layer DVD+ disks where Toast 7 failed. Bravo to the developer.
