Used LinkCounter for Windows?
Editors’ Review
Satisfy your curiosity about the links on a Web page with this free Firefox add-on. LinkCounter is a straightforward tool, but it's easy to miss the first time around.
It's accessed through a discreet number display on the right corner of your status bar. Right-click to open the Options panel. From there, you can view the link colors, tooltips, and choose which ones to count. You can also choose what user domains to highlight, alert, and exclude. A Help menu isn't included. As we browsed the Web, the program quickly tallied the number of links. Hovering our mouse over the number revealed the specific links found on the Web page. A right-click on the number gave a more detailed explanation of each link, such as the link type (external, targets, feeds, xfiles), and you can check the link status.
LinkCounter performed its job well, and despite the lack of a Help file, this freebie is easy enough for anyone with an interest in Web links to use.
